Welcome to CableStock. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CableStock website and service (the "Service") operated by CableStock ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
CableStock is a cloud-based inventory management system designed for electrical contractors to track cable reels. The Service allows users to add, edit, and track cable inventory, check reels in and out, and generate reports.
2. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
3. Subscription and Payments
CableStock offers subscription-based pricing plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
4. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. We will not charge you without your consent.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Upload malicious code or content
- Share your account with unauthorized users
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
6. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to use Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service. We will not sell or share Your Data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CableStock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CableStock and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
